Refund Policy

At UPBeat Dance LBK, we strive to operate with integrity, compassion, and excellence. We understand that life happens, and while many of our fees are non-refundable due to planning and preparation costs, we aim to handle all refund requests with care and grace.

1. Class Registrations & Tuition

All class tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
In certain cases (such as illness, injury, or emergency), a credit may be applied toward future classes or workshops upon request.
Missed classes due to personal conflicts, vacations, or scheduling issues are not eligible for refunds, but make-up classes may be available upon request.

2. Workshops, Intensives, & Events

Event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by UPBeat Dance LBK.
If you are unable to attend a special event, please notify us in advance. We may offer a partial credit toward a future program, depending on timing and circumstances.

3. Merchandise

All sales are final for studio merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.).
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer an exchange, replacement, or store credit.
Items must be unworn and unwashed for exchanges.

4. Camps & Seasonal Programs

Camps and seasonal programs require advanced planning and staffing.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward another program.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the program are non-refundable.

5. Faith-Based Consideration

As a Christ-centered ministry, we seek to handle all refund inquiries with compassion and fairness. If you are facing financial hardship or unexpected life events, please reach out to us—we will prayerfully consider individual cases.

6. How to Request a Refund or Credit

Please email us at upbeatlbk@gmail.com with your full name, order/class details, and reason for the request. Allow up to 5 business days for a response and up to 10 business days for eligible refunds to be processed.
