Welcome to UPBeat Dance LBK! By accessing our website, purchasing merchandise, registering for classes or events, or interacting with any of our online platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Studio Mission & Purpose

UPBeat Dance LBK is a Christ-centered dance studio and ministry. Our mission is to cultivate joyful, expressive, and technically sound dancers while sharing the love of Jesus through movement and community. These Terms reflect both our professional standards and our ministry values.

2. Use of Website & Content

All content on our website—including text, photos, videos, and graphics—is the property of UPBeat Dance LBK and may not be reproduced or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or its content in any unlawful or inappropriate way.

3. Class Registration & Participation

By registering for a class, event, or workshop:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and accept responsibility for any health risks involved.
You (or your child) will adhere to UPBeat Dance LBK’s safety guidelines, dress code, and conduct standards.

We reserve the right to dismiss any participant for behavior that conflicts with the values or safety of our studio.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Class Fees & Merchandise: All payments must be made in full via our accepted payment platforms.
Refunds: Class fees and merchandise purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis due to illness, emergencies, or errors in order.
Missed Classes: Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds but may be made up when possible.

5. Merchandise Orders, Shipping & Pick-Up

Shipping rates apply to all orders unless free pick-up is selected.
Local pick-up is available at the studio during designated hours.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the item is in the carrier’s possession.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. For errors or damage, contact us within 7 days.

6. Photo/Video Release

With written consent, UPBeat Dance LBK may use photos or videos taken during classes or events for promotional or ministry purposes (e.g., social media, website, flyers). You may revoke consent at any time in writing.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants, families, and staff are expected to:

Treat one another with respect, kindness, and grace
Refrain from inappropriate language or behavior
Promote unity and represent Christ-like values in and outside of class or events

We reserve the right to remove individuals who consistently violate these expectations.

8. Online Interactions

You agree to use our website and social platforms respectfully. Any misuse—including spam, harassment, or unauthorized content use—may result in removal from our community spaces.

9. Limitation of Liability

UPBeat Dance LBK and its staff are not liable for:

Any injury sustained during participation unless caused by gross negligence
Lost or stolen items at the studio or events
Delays or disruptions caused by weather, emergencies, or external circumstances
