Digital Accessibility: Extending Our Mission Online

As we engage our community online, we are committed to making our digital platforms inclusive and easy to use for all individuals. That includes:

• Designing our website and content to follow WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

• Using alt text for images and captions for videos

• Maintaining clear navigation and high-contrast, readable content

• Creating content that reflects diverse needs and invites participation from all people

We want our online platforms—whether it’s our website, social media, or registration tools—to be a bridge to connection, not a barrier.

In-Studio Accessibility

We are also committed to providing an accessible experience in our physical dance space. This includes:

• Accessible entrances and parking (where available)

• Opportunities for dancers of all abilities to participate and express themselves

• Class modifications or one-on-one support as needed

UPBeat Dance LBK is more than a dance studio—we are a community. Whether we’re hosting a class, sharing encouragement online, or participating in outreach, we strive to:

• Use our online platforms to extend ministry, encouragement, and opportunity to people who may not be able to attend in person
